  • Application means the software provided by the Company downloaded by You to any electronic device, referred to as ME.

For the purposes of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller. 

  • Cookies are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or other device by a website, containing details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses. 

  • Country refers to: France.

  • The Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), means the Company as the legal entity that, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cell phone or digital tablet. 

  • Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
     

For the purposes of the GDPR, Personal Data means any information about you such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. 

  • The Service refers to the Application or the Website or both. 

  • Provider means any individual or entity that processes data on behalf of the Company. This includes third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to provide services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. For purposes of the GDPR, service providers are considered data processors. 

  • Usage Data refers to automatically collected data, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., the duration of a page visit). 

  • The website refers to ME. Mobile Ecosystems, accessible from http://mobilecosystems.com.

  • You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be. 
     

Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you can be referred to as the data subject or user because you are the person using the service.

Usage data 

Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. 

  • Service Usage Data: Data is collected on the features the user uses, the services and the partner pages visited. This data includes search queries, but also includes the settings selected and the software configurations most used.

 

  • Device, Connectivity and Configuration Data: Data is collected about the device and the network used to connect to our products. This primarily includes data about the Android operating system. It also includes IP addresses, device identifiers (such as IMEI number), and regional and language settings.         
     

  • Error reports and performance data: Data is collected regarding product performance and any problems encountered with these services. This data helps us diagnose problems with the services used, improve them and provide appropriate solutions where necessary. Depending on the services and settings, error reports may include data such as the type or severity of the problem, information about the state of the device and application when the error occurred and when it was diagnosed, and data about other applications on your device as well as system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes: 

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the use of our Service.

  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide may give You access to various features of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

  • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and performance of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or any other contract with us through the Service.

  • To contact you: To contact you via email, phone calls, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as mobile application push notifications regarding updates or informational communications related to contracted features, products or services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

  • To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events we offer that are similar to those you have already purchased or inquired about, unless you have opted out of receiving such information.

  • To manage your requests: To answer and manage your requests to us.

  • For Business Transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of all or a portion of Our assets, whether as part of a going concern or as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which the Personal Data We hold about our users of the Service is one of the transferred assets.

There are times when we need you to provide us with certain Personal Information. We collect this information when it is necessary to provide our Services or for legal reasons. For example, we need to collect your email address when you create an account on our platform. 

Your failure to provide us with this mandatory information may directly affect your use of our Services: We will not be able to create your account and therefore We will not be able to provide all or part of our Services, etc.

 

9. Why do we collect your Personal Information and how do we use it?

We need to use your Personal Information in various situations because we have a lawful basis for processing, which may be:

Please note that even if your account and Personal Information are deleted:

  • Your contributions and comments will be kept anonymous. 

  • Your private messages will always remain accessible to your recipients.

Commercial transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will notify you before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

To exercise your other rights, please contact us as described in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy. Please note that we may ask you to prove your identity to ensure that we are speaking directly to you.

We will make sure to take your request into account and get back to you within a month.

In exceptional cases, we may not be able to comply with your request because the rights related to your Personal Information only apply in certain circumstances or depend on the legal basis for processing: we will then inform you of this impossibility.

 

14. Protection of children's privacy

Our Service is not directed to persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from individuals under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers.
